After selecting a package, customers can view available dates, fill in the necessary order and service details, and confirm their booking.

3. Online Payment

Upon confirming the order, customers pay the booking deposit or the full service fee as indicated on the page. Once payment is complete, the booking enters the confirmation stage.

4. Booking Confirmation

We verify the service details and scheduled time based on the order information. If necessary, we will contact the customer prior to the service to confirm room dimensions, the scope of work, and on-site arrangements.
Time: Usually completed within 1 business day

5. Service Preparation

Following booking confirmation, preparations are made for the scheduled date. Customers should clear the work area in advance and ensure that service personnel have proper access to the relevant spaces.
Time: 1–2 days prior to service

6. On-site Service Delivery

Interior wall painting services are provided on the confirmed date. Actual work time depends on the number of rooms, surface area, wall condition, and the selected package.
Time: Usually completed on the scheduled day; exact duration depends on project scale

7. Service Completion

Once the painting work within the agreed scope is finished, we perform a basic cleanup of the work area and finalize the service delivery in accordance with the package terms.

8. Order Closure

The order is considered complete once the service is finished. All packages are one-time purchases; there are no automatic renewals or recurring fees.
